• Ran 4:45.80 in the mile for 11th at the NCAA Indoor Championships (March 8-9) for Second-Team All-America honors after running 4:36.34 in the preliminaries.
• Ran a school-record 4:32.46 in the mile for the win at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-23) after running 4:40.76 in the prelims. Also ran a leg of the silver medal distance medley relay team.
• Ran the 1,600-meter leg of the distance medley relay team that clocked a Big Ten-record, school-record and nation-leading 10:54.47 to win the Alex Wilson Invitatioal (Feb. 16). She clocked a split of 4:36.4.
• Ran a career-best 4:34.66 in the mile for the win at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 8-9)
• Ran a career-best 2:08.67 in the 800 meter run for 4th at the Power Five Invitational (Feb. 1-2)
• Ran a career-best 4:40.35 in the mile for the win at the Simmons-Harvey Big Ten Invitational (Jan. 19)
• Ran a career-best 9:20.34 in the 3000 meter run for the win at the Wolverine Invitational (Jan. 12)
Cross Country
• Ran 20:46.56 over six kilometers (3.73 miles) to finish 63rd at the NCAA Championships (Nov. 17), scoring for the fourth-place Wolverines as the squad's No. 4 runner.
• Earned Second-Team All-Big Ten honors by running 20:28.8 over six kilometers (3.73 miles) to finish 11th at the Big Ten Championships (Oct. 28), scoring for the team champion Wolverines as the squad's No. 3 runner.
• Ran 20:33.57 over six kilometers (3.73 miles) to finish 12th at the Pre-National Invitational (Oct. 13), scoring for the team as the Wolverines' No. 2 runner in the seeded White Race.
• Ran 16:59.1 over five kilometers (3.11 miles) to finish 7th at the Greater Louisville Classic (Sept. 29), scoring for the team as the Wolverines' No. 2 runner.
• In her first cross country race since 2016, ran 21:16.5 over six kilometers (3.73 miles) to finish 2nd at the Nebraska Greeno-Dirksen Invitational (Sept. 15), scoring for the team as the Wolverines' No. 1 runner.

• Ran 4:23.87 in the 1500 meter run for 31st at the NCAA East Prelims (May 24-26)
• Ran 4:33.96 in the 1500 meter run to finish 9th at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships (May 11-13) after running a career-best 4:22.56 to qualify in the prelims
• Ran 4:26.12 in the 1500 meter run to finish 7th at the National Relay Championships (April 27-28) and ran a leg of the fifth-place 4x800 relay.
