Dillon Carson

Dillon Carson is in his first season as the Director of Video and Analytics for the Michigan women's basketball program in 2025-26. Carson joins the Wolverines after spending time at Charleston, Tennessee and Louisville.

Carson spent the 2024-25 season as a graduate assistant with the Charleston men's basketball program. He assisted with player development and scouting reports, while upkeeping the playbook both in SportsCode and FastDraw. He planned and coordinated team meals during road trips and helped create a style of play edits for opponent themes in SportsCode.

Carson was a graduate assistant for the Tennessee women's basketball program for the 2023-24 season. While in Knoxville, he helped in player development, on-campus recruiting, organizing film, upkeeping recruiting databases, operating team camp, managing team ticket and ball kid program for homes games and assisting in booking travel for recruiting trips.

As an undergraduate student at Louisville (May 2019-March 2023), Carson served as a student manager for the men's basketball program. During his time, he led and oversaw a staff of 10 managers. He helped coordinate team meals during summer months, organized opponent film in SportsCode, created recruiting itineraries in Photoshop, assisted in scouting report slides and assisted in mailouts.

A 2023 graduate of the University of Louisville, Carson has a bachelor's of science in sport administration.
