Liam Entenmann

Liam Entenmann was hired as an assistant coach at U-M in August of 2025. A member of two national title teams at Notre Dame, he has spent the last year as the starting goalie for the New York Atlas of the Professional Lacrosse League (PLL). In 17 career games, he has posted 232 saves at a 57 percent clip with 45 ground balls and an assist.

After anchoring the Irish in the 2023 and 2024 national championship wins, Entenmann became just the third goalie in history to be voted a Tewaaraton Finalist.

He was named a 2025 PLL All-Star and Goalie of the Year Finalist after logging 15.2 saves per game, the highest average in the league, at a 57.1 percent clip, good for fifth best save percentage in the PLL. Entenmann also helped the Atlas to the best record in the Eastern Conference.

The 2024 PLL Rookie of the Year Finalist earned 13 All-American citations over his four-year career at Notre Dame, including five first team selections. He was awarded the USILA Ensign C. Markland Kelly Jr. Outstanding Goalie (National Goalie of the Year) trophy twice, winning ACC Goalie and Defensive Player of the Year laurels in both 2023 and 2024.
