Herman Fishman

Herman Fishman earned six letters at the University of Michigan, lettering three times in basketball (1936-38) and three times in baseball (1936-38). As a basketball guard, Fishman led the conference in scoring and competed in a total of 54 games for the Wolverines. Fishman was also a star pitcher for the Michigan baseball team, and in 1936 he carried a 0.86 earned-run average, which was a conference record. After completing his athletic career, Fishman started a boys' athletic camp, Camp Michigama.
