Rothstein Named Central Regional Coach of the Year

Rothstein was also honored as co-Big Ten Coach of the Year (Bebe Bryans, Michigan State) earlier this season.
The three other 2000 Regional Coaches of the Year are Jan Harville from the University of Washington (West Region), Lori Dauphiny from Princeton (Mid-Atlantic Region) and John Murphy from Brown University (New England Region).
The Regional Coach of the Year award is intended to recognize a coach who has experienced outstanding success during the season, demonstrated great team improvement from the prior season, fulfilled his or her team's potential and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and integrity as a coach.
The CRCA Division I National Coach of the Year, selected from the four regional award winners, will be announced at a later date.
