Michigan broke its six-game losing skid by defeating Bowling Green.
In the starting lineup for Michigan were freshmen Lester Abram, Daniel Horton and Graham Brown, junior Bernard Robinson Jr. and senior tri-captain LaVell Blanchard.
Tonight's announced attendance was 8,167.
Gavin Groninger recorded his 100th career assist early in the first half against Bowling Green.
LaVell Blanchard's dunk with 52 seconds left in the first half was his 500th career field goal as a Wolverine.
Freshman Daniel Horton set a career best in points in the first half, netting 24 points after shooting 9-11 from the field and connecting on 4-5 from behind the arc. He finished with a game- and career-high 26 points and added four assists and two steals. His four triples are a career high and he was also perfect from the charity stripe, sinking all four of his free throw attempts.
Michigan connected on 31 of its 62 field goal attempts for a shooting percentage of .500, which is a season high for the Wolverines.
Daniel Horton's 24 points in the first half is the first time a Michigan player has scored 20-plus points in a half since LaVell Blanchard scored 20 against Northwestern on Feb. 28, 2001, at Crisler Arena.
LaVell Blanchard finished the game with a season-high 23 points and 10 boards for the 23rd career double-double.
Bernard Robinson Jr. scored a season-high 20 points, including 18 in the second half. He also collected eight rebounds and a season-high five assists.
Bernard Robinson Jr. has recorded at least one stat in each category for six straight games, except for the first game of the season when he failed to collect a steal.
Sherrod Harrell scored his second career basket. His only other bucket came against St. Bonaventure in the first game of the season.
Fifth-year senior tri-captain Rotolu Adebiyi made his second appearance of the season.
Junior Colin Dill made his season debut, seeing action in the final minute against Bowling Green.
LaVell Blanchard, Bernard Robinson Jr. and Daniel Horton all scored 20-plus points against Bowling Green. The last time Michigan had three players finish a game with 20 or more points was on Dec. 28, 1993, against Auburn when Jimmy King, Jalen Rose and Juwan Howard finished with 22, 21 and 20 points respectively.
LaVell Blanchard's 10 rebounds put him 13th on the all-time career rebounds list with a total of 687. He needs 15 boards to tie Chris Webber for 12th all-time.
Michigan scored over 80 points for the first time since last season's final regular-season game against Ohio State.
