Junior Katie Bruzdzinski extended her streak of matches with double-digit kills to 39. She has hit double digits in 71 matches in her career.
Bruzdzinski vaulted into third place on U-M's all-time kills list, moving past Sarah Behnke and settling in behind Karen Chase. Bruzdzinski has 1,158 kills in her collegiate career -- 103 terminations shy of Chase and third place.
Bruzdzinski moved one ace closer to tying for seventh place on U-M's all-time service aces list. Bruzdzinski has 107 aces in her collegiate career, one behind Jayne Hickman (1984-86).
Fifth-year senior Erin Penn competed in her 118th collegiate match, tying for ninth place on U-M's all-time matches played list with Nicole Poquette (2000-03).
Sophomore Kerry Hance nailed her 25th collegiate ace tonight.
The Rock the House crowd of 1,147 was the second-highest home attendance mark for Cliff Keen Arena this season, trailing only the Michigan/Michigan State match (1,476).
Michigan lost on Rock the House night for just the second time in 12 years. Michigan is 2-1 vs. Wisconsin at Rock the House.
