Q U O T E S
Freshman Thomas Kelley
On being named an All-American... "I'm pretty excited about it, especially being a freshman. I didn't think it was my best routine. I just wanted to stay on the bar and try to get in the top eight."
On next year... "I want to win more All-American citations next year. High bar is one of my best events so I would like to continue to win there. This summer, I hope to get up to par on some of my weaker events."
Sophomore David Chan
On being a two-time All-American... "I got lucky again. Pommel horse was more consistent for me this year than last. It was my main event last year and vault was a last minute thing. This year vault didn't work out so well. I was a lot more consistent on pommel and it showed. I managed to stay on the horse."
On his routine... "It's not perfect but it will do for now. There will never be a routine I'm completely satisfied with. It will never be perfect but I keep trying to get there."
