
First Day of Inverness Intercollegiate Canceled Due to Weather

TOLEDO, Ohio -- The University of Michigan men's golf team will not play the first 36 holes of the Inverness Intercollegiate, scheduled for today (Monday, Sept. 26), as tournament officials have canceled day one due to weather conditions and water on the Inverness Club course. The 11-team tournament will be reduced to 18 holes, to be played on Tuesday morning (Sept. 27). A shotgun start is scheduled for 9 a.m.
