ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan baseball team's series opener against Northwestern scheduled for Friday night (April 20) has been postponed due to rain. There will be a doubleheader scheduled for Saturday (April 21) starting at 1:05 p.m. The three-game series concludes Sunday (April 22) at 1:05 p.m.
This is the first rain out this season for the Maize and Blue. Michigan has just one rain delay in 2012 in its season opener against Pittsburgh (Feb. 17).
