Sunday DH at Louisville Softball Classic Cancelled Due to Rain

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Rain and wet conditions prevented the No. 2-ranked University of Michigan softball team from taking the field for its day-two games at the Louisville Softball Classic on Sunday (March 13). The Wolverines' slates against host Louisville and Eastern Kentucky are cancelled and will not be rescheduled.
The games are the first lost to weather this season for the Wolverines.
Michigan (20-2) will open the home portion of its 2016 schedule on Wednesday (March 16), hosting Washtenaw County foe Eastern Michigan at 4 p.m. at the Wilpon Complex, home of Alumni Field. Tickets are available through the U-M Ticket Office.
