• The junior quartet of Charlie Swanson, Tommy Cope, Jacob Montague and Jeremy Babinet look to make waves in the breaststroke and IM races for the second consecutive postseason. Swanson and Cope are ranked 1-2 in the 400-yard IM, while Swanson, Cope and Montague are 2-3-4 in the 200-yard IM.
• Sophomore Ricardo Vargas swept the distance events (500-yard freestyle, 1,000-yard freestyle) in the team's last four short course competitions (Ohio State, Indiana, UGA Invite, Iowa/Denver). Among all Big Ten swimmers, Vargas is ranked first in both the 500-yard freestyle and 1,650-yard freestyle, and third in the 400-yard IM.
