Season-Opening Series vs. Penn State Postponed

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The No. 24-ranked University of Michigan women's volleyball team announced Thursday (Jan. 21) that its its two-match season-opening series against No. 9 Penn State, scheduled for Friday and Saturday (Jan. 22-23), has been postponed.

Both schools mutually agreed to the postponement out of an abundance of caution, and will work with the Big Ten Conference to identify rescheduling options.

U-M will now open its 2020-21 season on Thursday (Jan. 28) at Michigan State. The match is scheduled for an 8 p.m. start and will be broadcast live on Big Ten Network.
