The No. 4-ranked Michigan men's swimming and diving team heads Minneapolis for the annual midseason Minnesota Invitational, Wednesday through Saturday (Dec. 1-4) and will take on several ranked opponents at the Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center.
The meet begins with two relays on Wednesday (Dec. 1) at 6 p.m. CST, with each of the following three days holding preliminaries at 10 a.m. CST and finals at 6 p.m. CST.

Team Notes
• In addition to Minnesota, Michigan will face No. 1 Texas, No. 3 California, No. 17 Wisconsin, Arizona and Harvard at the Minnesota Invite this week. In the last 10 years, Michigan (2013), California (2011-12, 2014, 2019) and Texas (2015-18, 2021) are the only teams to win national championships.
• The Wolverines last competed at the Minnesota Invite during the 2019-20 season, finishing second behind a diving sweep from Ross Todd and an accumulated 54 NCAA standards over the four-day competition.
• Michigan moved up one spot to No. 4 in the latest TYR/CSCAA Top 25 poll, released Nov. 17. The next edition of the rankings will released in December. [ Rankings ]
• The Wolverines are undefeated in duals on the season, taking down Oakland (189-105), No. 14 Missouri (193-106), Purdue (192-107) and Grand Valley State (142-95).
• On Nov. 17, the Wolverines announced seven signees to National Letters of Intent for the 2022-23 season: Lucas Hodgson (Greenwich, Conn.), Ozan Kalafat (Green Bay, Wis.), Matthew Kroll (Concord, N.C.), Jack Luken (Phoenix, Ariz.), Kevin Maas (Holland, Mich.), Tyler Ray (Pinckney, Mich.) and Logan Zucker (Mooresville, N.C.).
