
Weather Suspends Game Two of Northwestern Series; Play to Resume Sunday

EVANSTON, Ill. -- The No. 23-ranked University of Michigan softball team's Saturday (April 2) game at No. 9 Northwestern has been suspended due to snow and wet conditions. It is scheduled to be completed starting at noon CDT tomorrow (Sunday, April 3) at Sharon J. Drysdale Field.
Play was suspended on Saturday in the top of the third inning and the game still scoreless. There are two out, no runners on, and freshman outfielder Ellie Sieler at the plate with no count.
Sunday's regularly scheduled series finale will immediately follow the completion of the suspended game.
