ROSEMONT, Ill. -- In coordination with the Big Ten Conference, its television partners and the University of Michigan men's basketball team, the TV designations and tip times for the Wolverines 2022-23 schedule were released Thursday (Sept. 22).
With all 31 regular-season games broadcast nationally, U-M's slate features games broadcasted on CBS (three), Fox (two), FS1 (three) and the ESPN Family of Networks (10). U-M has nine games on Big Ten Network, with a possibility of a 10th if the Wolverines' game with Central Michigan (Dec. 30) gets picked up. If it does not, it will be streamed live on B1G+.
Michigan's London Showcase game against Kentucky will be the featured on ABC. It marks the first time the Wolverines have had a game on ABC since the 1996-97 season (at Duke; Dec. 8, 1996).
The 2023 Big Ten Tournament (March 8-12) once again will have the first three rounds broadcast exclusively on the Big Ten Network before CBS takes over for the semifinal (March 11) and championship (March 12) game.
The 2023 NCAA Tournament again will have its early round coverage on CBS, TBS, TNT and truTV. The regional round will be shown on either CBS or TBS, while the Final Four (April 1) and national title game (April 3) will be on CBS.
The Wolverines will officially begin practice on Monday, Sept. 26.
