SOUTH Bend, Ind. -- The University of Michigan women's track and field team sent a distance medley relay squad to Notre Dame for the Alex Wilson Invitational on Saturday (Feb. 18) at the Loftus Sports Center.
The quartet of Anna Juul, Savannah Sutherland, Aurora Rynda, and Sam Tran finished sixth in 10:58.69, just behind fifth-place Michigan State (10:57.60). Host Notre Dame won the DMR with a time of 10:50.41
The Alex Wilson Invite marks the end of the indoor regular season. Next Friday and Saturday (Feb. 24-25), the Wolverines will begin the postseason at the Big Ten Championships at the Spire Institute in Geneva, Ohio. Acton on Friday (Feb. 24) will begin at 10:30 a.m.
