ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan men's basketball team (7-12, 2-6 Big Ten) will face Iowa (11-7; 3-4 Big Ten) for the second time in the regular season on Saturday (Jan. 27) for a Blue Out at Crisler Center. Tipoff is slated for a 5:10 p.m. and will be broadcast live on FS1.

• Michigan will host Iowa in a Crisler Center Blue Out! All U-M fans are asked to wear blue colors for the Saturday evening contest.
• In early December, Michigan had a dominant second half powered by an early 11-0 run helping the Wolverines to their first Big Ten win as the Maize and Blue downed Iowa 90-80 at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Tarris Reed Jr. led six double-figure scoring Wolverines, with 19 points while adding six rebounds. Nimari Burnett went for 14 points and four assists, while Terrance Williams II scored 13 points. Olivier Nkamhoua chipped in 12 points and a team-leading 10 rebounds, while Dug McDaniel scored 11 points (all in the second half) and Will Tschetter had 10.
• Jaelin Llewellyn scored a season-best 16 points at No. 2 Purdue (Jan. 23), knocking down three long-range buckets. That effort marked the first time Llewellyn has hit double figures since Nov. 20, 2022 (10; Ohio). In 93 collegiate games, he has 59 double-figure games.
• With 12 minutes off the bench at No. 2 Purdue, George Washington III produced his best game in his first season. Draining two three-pointers and going 4-for-4 at the free-throw line, he closed with a career-best 10 points.
• Missing the first 15 games due to injury (right knee), Jace Howard return three games ago. In his return against Ohio State (Jan. 15), he tied his career best with three rebounds and followed with a strong nine minutes against Illinois (Jan. 18). He followed those efforts scoring a career-best seven points at No. 2 Purdue.
• Nkamhoua has 10 games of three-plus assists and is second on U-M with 50 (2.6 apg). In four seasons at Tennessee, he had 14 total three-plus assist games.
• Williams, who is averaging 4.4 rebounds per game, needs 10 more to reach 400 for his career. He tied his season-best with eight boards at #2 Purdue.
• Leading U-M in scoring with 17.4 points per game, McDaniel is 10 points away from 600 for his career. This season, he has 16 double-figure performances in 17 games -- including six of 20-plus points.
• With a team-best 10 rebounds at No. 2 Purdue, Reed tied Nkamhoua for the U-M lead with four double-digit board games. Reed is second (6.4 rpg) to Nkamhoua (7.2 rpg) in rebounding.
• In his first 10 games, Reed shot 43.8 percent (14-for-32) at the free-throw line. Over his last nine games, he is 20-for-26 (76.9 percent), with a run of 10 straight.
• Tray Jackson has missed U-M's last four games due to a nose injury suffered at Penn State (Jan. 7). Following a minor procedure, he could return for the Iowa game. He will wear a protective mask.
