
Plocki Signs Three to 2026 Class

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- University of Michigan women's gymnastics head coach Bev Plocki announced Wednesday (Nov. 13) the signing of three student-athletes to scholarship agreements. The list includes: Gabrielle Gauger, Myli Lew and Ashlee Sullivan.
"We are so excited to announce the addition of three incredibly accomplished and remarkable student-athletes to our class of 2025," said Plocki. "They will bring an important passion and skill to our team and will each make their mark as a Wolverine. Each is so individually exceptional in many different ways that will bring a sense of originality and poise. Wolverine nation, get excited!"
Gabrielle Gauger | Chicago, Ill. | Club: IK Gymnastics
• Prepped at DePaul College Prep and IK Academy
• Competed at the club level for IK Gymnastics
• Competed at DEV Nationals in both 2022 and 2024
• Was a leader on the club team
• Was a member of the National Honor Society and held Honors with Distinction
Plocki on Gauger: Since day one, Gabrielle has shown us nothing but heart and soul for her sport. She brings a positive and go-getter attitude to this team. She has a strong and enthusiastic drive in her gymnastics and always strives to be the best that she can possibly be. She works incredibly hard for what she wants and will be one to keep your eye on. Her attention to detail and her storytelling in her dance on beam and floor is outstanding.
Myli Lew | Belmont, Calif. | Club: San Mateo Gymnastics
• Prepped at Bridgeway Academy
• Competed at the club level for San Mateo Gymnastics
• Took home the uneven bars title, while finishing second in the all-around and floor and third on the beam and the 2024 American Classic
• Won the all-around and tied for first on the uneven bars while finishing seventh on the beam at the 2023 American Classic
• Competed twice at the U.S. Gymnastics Championships
• Placed first on the beam in the junior division of the U.S. Championships in 2022
• Finished fourth in the all-around, third on uneven bars and seventh on floor in the junior division of the 2022 Winter Cup
• Won the uneven bar title four times at the Hopes Classic while winning the all-around, balance beam and floor titles once
• Earned first-team honors at the 2022 City of Jesolo Trophy in 2022 finishing third in the all-around and on the uneven bars
• Notched first-team honors at the 2022 DTB Pokal Cup
• Has been on the honor roll for three years
Plock on Lew: We are ecstatic about the addition of Myli to our team. She brings beauty and grace on all four events and will be instrumental to this team. Her ability to work through any obstacle and show her grit is incredible. We couldn't be more delighted to welcome Myli to the family!
Ashlee Sullivan | Richardson, Texas | Club: Metroplex Gymnastics
• Prepped at Texas Connections Academy
• Competed at the club level for Metroplex Gymnastics and World Olympic Gymnastics Academy
• Is a two-time selection for the USA Senior National Team
• Placed fourth in the all-around, on the floor and on the beam at the 2024 American Classic
• Competed at the U.S. Core Classics and the U.S. Championships twice
• Finished second in the all-around and third on the beam and floor at the 2023 Winter Cup
• Placed fourth in the all-around and third on the balance beam during the 2022 Winter Cup
• Finished 10th in the all-around and second on the vault at the 2021 Winter Cup
• Earned first-team honors at the DTB Pokal World Cup twice times and finished sixth on the beam in 2023.
• Notched first-team honors at the 2022 City of Jesolo meet
• Was a member of National Honor Society and on the Distinguished Honor Roll
Plocki on Sullivan: We are beyond thrilled to welcome Ashlee to the Wolverine family. Not only does Ashlee bring an astounding amount of power on all four events and big skills, but she brings an energy that is like no other. She has the true heart of a Wolverine. Her passion for gymnastics is unmatched and we are thrilled to watch as she wins over the hearts of Wolverine nation.
