IOWA CITY, Iowa -- The University of Michigan women's basketball team closed within five points in the latter parts of the second quarter but a 13-0 Iowa run spanning the halftime was too much for the Wolverines to overcome in a 106-89 loss to No. 4-ranked Iowa on Thursday evening (Feb. 15) at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
