
Hage, Ivankovic Named to Hockey Canada Roster

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Sophomore Michael Hage and freshman Jack Ivankovic of the University of Michigan ice hockey team have been named to the Hockey Canada World Junior Championship training camp roster, it was announced on Monday (Dec. 8) by Hockey Canada.
The 27-man initial roster will report to training camp at the Gale Centre in Niagara Falls, Ont., from Dec. 12-22.
The World Junior Ice Hockey Championship will be held Dec. 26-Jan. 5 in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minn.
Thirteen Wolverines have captured medals with Team Canada, the latest being Adam Fantilli in 2023 with a gold medal.
This is the third time Michigan has had multiple players on Hockey Canada -- Owen Power and Kent Johnson in 2022, and Jason Botterill and Robb Gordon in 1996.
