Important Michigan Stadium Information
Exit/Re-Entry
Guests are not permitted to leave Michigan Stadium and return on the same ticket. Re-admittance to Michigan Stadium will be allowed only in the case of an emergency. Those needing to exit Michigan Stadium for this purpose must see the Gate Supervisor through which they exit/re-enter prior to exiting.
Fan Conduct
Guests using or displaying foul language or obscene gestures, or appearing inebriated will be ejected from Michigan Stadium. Any fan entering the field of play or throwing objects in the stands or onto the field will face arrest and prosecution. A fan's season tickets may be subject to termination if they or the persons holding their ticket are found to be the cause of these problems. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact a Michigan Stadium Event Team Member for assistance
Guests With a Disability
The University of Michigan has established policies and procedures in an effort to ensure that our guests with a disability enjoy their game day experience at Michigan Stadium. Prohibited Items
Among the items prohibited from being brought into Michigan Stadium are all bags (including purses), all bottles (including all types of water bottles), alcoholic beverages, and food of any kind. » Complete List of Items

Smoking
The University of Michigan is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is prohibited in ALL areas of Michigan Stadium. In addition, guests wanting to leave and smoke may not re-enter the stadium. It is the responsibility of all fans to observe the no-smoking regulation.
Tickets and Admission
Michigan Stadium gates will be open two hours prior to the start of the game. The box office will open at the Northeast Entry of Crisler, Southwest Entry of Crisler, and at Gate 9 of Michigan Stadium two hours and 30 minutes prior to the start of the game. Suites and Club Level Areas open two and one-half hours prior to kick-off. Suite and Club Level ticket holders may access these areas at that time through their designated entrances on the east and west sides of the stadium. Tickets cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Children of all ages must have tickets for admission. Will Call
Will Call is located inside the Northeast Entry of Crisler Center off the Blue Lot. It will open 2.5 hours prior to the start of the game and remain open until the start of the 2nd half.
General Michigan Stadium Information
Automated Teller Machines
Automated teller machines are located at the north and south ends of the stadium.
Baby Changing Areas
Changing tables are located in all family restrooms at Michigan Stadium and most men's and women's restrooms on the public concourses. This symbol
can be found on the signage outside of all restrooms with changing tables.
Bag Check
Michigan Stadium has a Bag Check area for guests who may have items that will not be allowed into the stadium (see the Prohibited Items list). The Bag Check area is located at the south gate off of Stadium Way inside Crisler Center. Guests must take their prohibited items to their vehicle or to the Bag Check area. A claim check will be given to them that should be retained to claim their checked items. The following items may not be checked: Cash, Alcohol, Illegal Drugs, Food, Video Cameras, Cameras, and Weapons. By using this service, you assume all risk of loss for checked items. Items must be picked up within 45 minutes of the end of the soccer game. If not claimed within the 45 minute time-frame, please call Crisler Center at (734) 763-1659 the Monday following the game to claim your item. Items not claimed within 10 days will be discarded. Please note that fans are advised to leave prohibited items at home to avoid the long lines at the Bag Check area.
Cameras and Video Equipment
Single-frame flash photography is allowed. However, cameras with lenses longer than six inches will not be allowed into the stadium. All forms of video and motion-picture cameras are strictly prohibited. Guests are also forbidden to use lighting or camera support pods at Michigan Stadium.
Concessions
Full service concession stands are available around the stadium concourse. Concession services are managed by Sodexo, Inc. The locations of concession stands around Michigan Stadium are indicated on the Michigan Stadium Map.
Crisler Center - Restrooms and Merchandise
Public restrooms can be found on the concourse level of Crisler Center by entering the Northeast Entry off the Blue Lot beginning at 2 p.m. An M Den store in Crisler Center can be accessed via the Southwest Entry near Gate 2 beginning at 9 a.m.
Elevators
Michigan Stadium has 14 elevators available for use by guests holding tickets to premium seating areas (Suites and Club Level) as well as by guests with a disability. The locations of the elevators are indicated on the Michigan Stadium Map.
Family Restrooms
Family restroom locations are indicated on the Michigan Stadium Map.
First Aid
Emergency medical technicians, doctors and ambulances are at Michigan Stadium during all games. Should you require medical assistance, please see a Michigan Stadium Event Team Member or go to the First Aid building, located west of Gate 9. In addition, American Red Cross personnel are also located throughout the stadium seating areas and are available for assistance.
Gate Openings/Closings
The gates to Michigan Stadium will open at 3 p.m. We highly recommend getting inside the stadium gates in plenty of time to enjoy pre-game festivities. Arriving early and becoming familiar with your surroundings will best ensure that your game day experience is a great one. We recommend entering the gates at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the game.
Guest Services
Guest Services Teams are available in select parking lots and throughout Michigan Stadium on game days to answer questions, address concerns and listen to suggestions. Remote Guest Services kiosks can be found in the Blue and Green Lots, beginning at noon until the game begins. Once inside, the stadium's four Guest Services kiosks are located at Gates 2, 4, 8 and 10. Guests can also visit our main Guest Services Building located at Gate 9, as well as our Guest Services and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Tent at the south end of Michigan Stadium.
Lost & Found
Game Day: Found items can be given to a Michigan Stadium Event Team Member, a Police Officer or taken to Guest Services at Gate 9. Anyone wishing to inquire about a lost item may do so at Gate 9 Guest Services.
Subsequent to Game Day: Items of value (keys, cameras, wallets, IDs, cell phones, etc.) are collected postgame and taken to the University of Michigan Police Department. Persons who have these types of lost articles may email the UMPD at lost-and-found@police.umich.edu. For less valuable items (M-Cards, glasses, hats, gloves, etc.), please email guestservices@umich.edu. These items will be kept for a week and then discarded.
Parking & Courtesy Shuttle Information
A limited number of (cash only) single-game parking passes for persons needing accessible parking will be available in the Green Lot on game day on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Green Lot is located at the UM Golf Course and can be accessed via Stadium Blvd. All parking for persons with disabilities requires a State-Issued Disability Parking Placard or license plate.
The University of Michigan provides complimentary shuttle service, which includes a limited number of wheelchair accessible shuttles, for guests with a disability to and from several parking lots and Michigan Stadium. The shuttles are available both before and after the game. Specific information and schedules are available on the Courtesy Shuttle Service Schedule. Additionally, the Football Ride shuttle service via the AATA (Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority) has wheelchair accessible buses. Please visit MyFootballRide.org or call 734-973-6500 for more information.
Premium Seat Entry Points
Designated entry points have been set up for club and suite level ticket holders on both the east and west sides of the stadium. The east side entry is located at the Jack Roth Stadium Club entrance off the Blue Lot parking area (just north of Gate 1 and the football tunnel). The west side entry is in the Ross Tower Lobby located off of Main Street just south of Gate 8.
Merchandise
Officially licensed University of Michigan items, as well as International Champions Cup souvenirs and gear from your favorite ICC clubs, are available at M Den stores located around the stadium concourse, in the Southwest Entry of Crisler Center, and outside the gates.
Telephones
Guests needing to make a phone call should visit Guest Services at Gate 9 to use the Stadium Courtesy Phone.
Water Fountains
Water fountains are located throughout the public concourses at Michigan Stadium. Please ask any Michigan Stadium Event Team Member for their nearest location. In addition, free cups of water may be obtained from any concession stand with soda dispensing capability.
