Mira Shane will serve as the volunteer assistant coach for the women's lacrosse program in the 2021 season as announced by head coach Hannah Nielsen.
Shane joins the coaching staff after competing for the Wolverines from 2016-19 and leaving the program as the winningest goalie in program history. The Princeton, N.J., native is also the all-time save and save percentage leader, ending her career with 360 saves and a .451 save percentage.
Shane was a Tewaaraton nominee in her senior season as well as being named IWLCA All-Region second team.
