"Our goal is to bring back as many former Wolverine baseball players as we can from all eras and to get the community involved with the Michigan baseball program," said Maloney.
The golf activities include a "pre-game" snack and 18 holes to play at the University of Michigan Golf Course, followed immediately by a dinner in the clubhouse. Registration for the golf starts at 11 a.m. with the outing starting at 12:30 p.m. The golf outing (including dinner) is open to baseball alumni and friends and fans of the program.
The Sunday brunch (9 a.m.) for the baseball alumni will be at the Sheraton Inn (3200 Boardwalk in Ann Arbor, 734-996-0600). The baseball activities at legendary Ray Fisher Stadium will feature a home run hitting contest at 11 a.m. followed by an alumni game (format depending upon number of "alumni players" available).
