
Friday's Big Ten Opener vs. Iowa Postponed by Snow

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- University of Michigan head baseball coach Rich Maloney announced that Friday's (March 28) Big Ten Conference opener against Iowa has been postponed due to overnight snowfall. Weather permitting, the four-game series against the Hawkeyes will now consist of doubleheaders on Saturday (1:05 p.m.) and Sunday (12:05 p.m.) at the Wilpon Baseball and Softball Complex, home to Ray Fisher Stadium.
This marks the third postponed game this week for the Wolverines. Monday's (March 24) contest against Oakland and Tuesday's (March 25) game against Bowling Green were both postponed due to unfavorable playing conditions. No makeup date has been scheduled for either game.
The status of the rest of the week's scheduled games will be updated as information becomes available.
