On the final day of the FSU Relays... "We had an outstanding day. We got six more qualifiers for the NCAA Regionals. The highlight of the day was Emily Pendleton winning the discus with a national leading mark. All in all, it was a long, hot day that was very productive for us. We had a really nice season opener. The team accomplished what it set out to do, which was to get some good races in and perform in warm weather where they can get a baseline reading for the season which is pretty good. We're excited to see what happens in two weeks when we go to Arizona State."
