Big Ten Championships Heats Cancelled Due to High Winds

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Racing at the Big Ten Rowing Championships has been postponed today (Saturday, May 14) due to high winds at Eagle Creek Park. Preliminary races have been cancelled, and Sunday's schedule will feature seven finals-only boat races, starting with the first varsity eight crews at 7 a.m.
The revised Big Ten Championships schedule for Sunday, May 15 (all times EDT):
7:00 a.m. -- FINAL First Varsity Eight
7:20 a.m. -- FINAL Second Varsity Eight
7:40 a.m. -- FINAL First Varsity Four
7:55 a.m. -- FINAL Second Varsity Four
8:10 a.m. -- FINAL Third Varsity Four
8:25 a.m. -- FINAL First Novice Eight
8:40 a.m. -- FINAL Second Novice Eight
