Wolverines' Bowling Green Matchup Bumped to Tuesday

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The No. 19-ranked University of Michigan softball team's home opener against Bowling Green has been postponed a second time due to snowy conditions and the cold-weather forecast. The game, originally scheduled for Thursday (March 16), is now scheduled for 4 p.m. next Tuesday (March 21) at the Wilpon Complex, home of Alumni Field.
The Wolverines will host Kent State for a three-game set this weekend, including a 1 p.m. doubleheader on Saturday (March 18) that will now be U-M's home opener. The teams will wrap the series with a 1 p.m. game on Sunday (March 19). Tickets are still available through the U-M Ticket Office.
Tickets for the Bowling Green game will be honored on the makeup date. Individual tickets may be returned to the ticket office for a refund if received within 14 days of the original game date. Season ticket holders are not eligible for a refund. No exchanges will be made at the Alumni Field ticket booths.
