Two current members of the University of Michigan men's gymnastics team -- junior Cameron Bock and freshman Paul Juda -- will participate in the USA Gymnastics-sanctioned Winter Cup Challenge Thursday and Saturday (Feb. 20-22) at the Westgate Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Additionally, former Wolverines Sam Mikulak (2011-14) and Adrian de los Angeles (2012-15) will be in action. All four competitors will compete in the all-around. The contingent of current Wolverines will begin the meet on still rings, while Mikulak and de los Angeles will begin on pommel horse.
The first day of competition will consist of one session for the senior division. The finals session will feature the top 28 senior athletes out of 48. The senior athletes will advance to the second day according to the Men's Program Committee's points-ranking system. All-around ranking will be determined on the first day of competition, and individual event champions will be determined via a combined two-day score.

• The full U-M squad, which scored a 416.500-408.900 win over No. 2 Oklahoma last Saturday (Feb. 15), will return to action against Minnesota on Feb. 29 at Cliff Keen Arena.
• Coming off an outstanding meet against Oklahoma, Juda was named Big Ten Gymnast of the Week and Big Ten Freshman of the Week. He won the high bar (14.400) and took the all-around title with a mark of 84.050, the third-highest all-around score in the country this season.
• The competition will be Bock's fourth Winter Cup at the senior level (2016-17, '19). Last year, his top finish was third place on pommel horse with a two-day score of 27.600.
• This will be Juda's first Winter Cup in the senior division. He last competed in the Winter Cup at the junior level in 2018, when he placed fourth in the all-around competition with a two-session score of 153.350, won floor exercise (26.950), and took second on still rings (26.100) and parallel bars (26.250).
• Mikulak, the two-time Olympian and six-time U.S. all-around champion, won five medals at last season's meet, with gold medals coming on floor exercise and high bar. De los Angeles won the parallel bars title a season ago.
• Performances at the meet will help determine the 12 men who will comprise the U.S. Men's Senior National Team through the 2020 U.S. Gymnastics Championships June 4-7 in Fort Worth, Texas. The top-six ranked all-around athletes will automatically qualify for the 2020 senior national team. The Men's Program Committee will select six additional gymnasts from the participants at the Winter Cup Challenge or from petitions to the team.
