ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan dance team will compete in the 2023 UCA & UDA College Cheerleading and Dance Team National Championship Saturday and Sunday (Jan. 14-15) at ESPN's Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Fla.
Last season, the Wolverines took home a trio of top-10 finishes, taking sixth in the game day category, and ninth in both the jazz and hip-hop disciplines.
On Saturday (Jan. 14), U-M will begin its championship appearance with jazz semifinals at 11:44 a.m., followed later by the hip hop semifinals at 1:50 p.m.
If qualified, Sunday (Jan. 15) features jazz finals at 9 a.m. and hip hop finals at 12:34 p.m.
U-M will forego competing in the game day competition this year.
