GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- The University of Michigan men's track and field team opened weekend competition at the Tom Jones Invitational on Friday, April 12.
In the 200-meter dash, Jacob Koerner finished 20th with a time of 21.69.
Arjun Jha and Anthony Hancock each posted season-best times in the 1,500-meter run, finishing sixth (3:43.88) and 14th (3:48.45), respectively.
U-M will close the Tom Jones Invitational, hosted by Florida, on Saturday, April 13. The discus will kick off field action at 9 a.m. while track action will begin at 10:15 a.m. with the 400-meter dash.
