EAST LANSING, Mich. -- Myles Liss-Riordan and Xander Black of the University of Michigan men's track and field team took part in the Spartan Invitational, hosted by Michigan State, on Friday (April 5) at the Ralph Young Track and Field Facility.
Liss-Riordan competed in the 5,000-meter run and finished fourth with a time of 15:04.54. In the 3,000-meter steeplechase, Black placed fourth in 10:05.89.
The Maize and Blue will head to Gainesville, Fla., to compete at the Tom Jones Invitational hosted by Florida next Friday and Saturday (April 12-13) at James G. Pressly Stadium at Percy Beard Track.
