The Buckeye Classic replaced the canceled Hoosier Collegiate on U-M's spring calendar.

He has finished as the top Wolverine in 32 of his 46 (70 percent) career events. Over his last two seasons, Thomson has produced 17 of his 24 top-10 finishes.
• Highlighting the fall season, Thomson's victory at the Canadian Collegiate Invitational (202, -14) not only helped him to his second career medalist honor but also awarded him an exemption to play in the 2025 RBC Canadian Open (June 3-5) at the TPC of Toronto.
• Liu is averaging a career-low 72.42 in nine starts. He has nine sub-par rounds, with six of those in the spring season.
