
Michigan Announces Full 2025-26 Schedule

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- In conjunction with the Big Ten Conference, the University of Michigan women's basketball program announced its full 2025-26 schedule on Thursday (Sept. 18). Michigan will play 11 non-conference games and 18 Big Ten contests, facing 15 NCAA Tournament teams from last season.
The Wolverines will face four Power Four opponents during the non-conference portion of the season, playing Notre Dame in the Shamrock Classic, UConn and Syracuse at the Hall of Fame Women's Showcase, and Vanderbilt at the Coretta Scott King Classic.
U-M will play six games at Crisler Center in non-conference action, with former assistant Carrie Moore returning to Ann Arbor as the head coach of Harvard on Nov. 9.
Michigan will once again play 18 Big Ten games, facing 16 schools once and playing a home-and-home series with Michigan State. U-M will host Purdue in its early Big Ten contest on Dec. 7 and head to the Pacific Northwest following the holiday break. In addition to Purdue, U-M will host games against Minnesota, Illinois, Wisconsin, Maryland, UCLA, USC, Michigan State and Nebraska. Following its trip to Oregon and Washington, Michigan will also hit the road for games at Rutgers, Indiana, Michigan State, Iowa, Penn State, Ohio State and Northwestern.
The 2026 Big Ten Tournament is set for March 4-8 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
Tip times and television designations will be announced at a later date.
Michigan is coming off its seventh straight NCAA Tournament berth in 2024-25, winning 23 games and reaching the second round of the NCAA Tournament. J. Ira and Nicki Harris Family Head women's basketball coach Kim Barnes Arico became the all-time winningest coach in Michigan basketball history and relied on a freshman-heavy lineup to finish fifth in the Big Ten with 11 victories. U-M welcomes back a trio of starters in Olivia Olson (16.3 ppg, 5.3 rpg), Syla Swords (16.0 ppg, 6.2 rpg) and Mila Holloway (9.8 ppg, 4.4 apg), along with six other Wolverines who saw the floor last season.
New season tickets are still available, starting at $75. Single-game and group tickets will go on sale beginning on Oct. 7.
