Notes
• Michigan split last weekend, defeating Tennessee 4-3 on Sunday after a 4-3 loss to No. 12 Columbia on Saturday. The Wolverines are now 2-4 on the season.
• The Wolverines own a 60-8 advantage in the all-time series with the Broncos and have won the last meetings, dating back to 2004.
• Max Dahlin was named the Big Ten Player and Freshman of the Week after a perfect 4-0 weekend. Dahlin defeated No. 3-ranked Michael Zheng, a two-time national singles champion, in his first match back from the Australian Open. Dahlin added another win the next day against No. 56 Alejandro Moreno and also went 2-0 at No. 1 doubles.
• Michigan has won each of its last three matches at No. 1 singles (Dahlin), No. 4 singles (Mert Oral) and No. 1 doubles (Pierce Shaya/Dahlin).
• Dahlin is 5-1 at No. 1 singles this dual season and sports a 14-3 singles mark this season. He has an 8-2 mark against ranked opponents, including his highest-ranked win, against No. 3 Zheng from Saturday.
• Oral was clutch for Michigan, clinching a win at No. 4 to lift Michigan to a 4-3 win over Tennessee on Saturday. It marked his first match-clincher of the season, after he had three last year. Oral is 4-2 in dual singles and 11-10 overall this year.
• Dahlin/Shaya are 3-0 in doubles play. They were first paired together for the Harvard match and have won each at No. 1 since.
• Michigan won the doubles point in both matches last weekend, taking both No. 1 and 2. Bjorn Swenson/Oral are 2-1 as a duo this spring and are 18-11 in their career together.
• Swenson, ranked No. 71 in singles, is 3-2 playing at No. 2 and boasts an 11-6 singles record overall this season with more than 50 career wins.
