- Title:
- Player Development/Video Coordinator
Jeremy Kelch is in his third season as player development and video coordinator with the University of Michigan softball program. He previously served in the same role for nine years on the Michigan baseball staff.
In addition to providing player development plans for student-athletes using high-tech video and software at the Wilpon Complex, Kelch is also responsible for training student managers in video operations and scouting strategy. Prior to joining the Michigan baseball staff, Kelch served the Detroit Tigers organization for 14 seasons as a video coordinator and advance scout. Working with the major and minor league systems, he was responsible for providing reports for players as well as scouting upcoming opponents.
Kelch graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in sport administration. He lives in the metro-Detroit area with wife Melissa and children Gavin and Sophie.
