Wolverines to Face Stanford in NCAA Semifinal Round

Michigan will face Stanford in the first contest of the tournament on Saturday (May 11) at 3:30 p.m. (all times are PDT), to be followed by the UCLA-Loyola Marymount contest at 5 p.m. The two semifinal losers will play for third place Sunday (May 12) at 3:30 p.m., with the championship game following at 5 p.m.
Two-day passes (four games) are priced at $25 for reserved seats, $20 for adults and $12 for students. Single-day (two game) passes are $12 for adults and $8 for students. For complete ticket information call (213) 740-4672.
Michigan, 25-11 in its second varsity season, earned its first NCAA berth by winning the Eastern Championship this past weekend in Princeton, N.J. The No. 13-ranked Wolverines defeated No. 14 Hartwick 7-6 in double overtime Sunday (April 28) in the championship game.
