• Evan Hill tied a career-high with seven strikeouts. He also had seven punchouts against Western Illinois on March 23, 2013.
• Michigan has now play three extra-inning games this season. It played five all of last year.
• Ramsey Romano now has hits in each of his first six games in a Michigan uniform. He was 2-for-4 in tonight's game.
• Michigan's 7-8-9 hitters (Kendall Patrick, Ramsey Romano and Johnny Slater) had four of the five hits on the night.
