• Michigan splits the season series with Notre Dame after a 4-2, 10-inning win over the Fighting Irish on March 2.

• Kyle Jusick snapped his hitting streak at eight games. His season-long streak of 11 straight games reaching base was also snapped.

• With his second-inning single, Eric Jacobson has now picked up a base hit in seven straight games.

• Travis Maezes extended his hitting streak to six games with a single in the third inning.

• Cam Wysocki has retired the first batter in each of his five relief appearances on the season.
