ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Fans will get their first look at the University of Michigan women's gymnastics team on Sunday (Dec. 3) at 2 p.m. when they host a free exhibition against Eastern Michigan inside Crisler Center.
PROMOTIONS
• Free Admission -- All fans will receive free admission to the meet.
• Giveaways -- 2018 Michigan Women's Gymnastics Posters.
• Meet and Greet -- Season-ticket holders will have an opportunity to meet and talk to the Michigan student-athletes following the conclusion of the meet as well as pick up their season tickets. To be eligible, fans must purchase season tickets by Friday, Dec. 1, at 4 p.m.
THINGS TO KNOW
• Admission is free for all fans. The meet will not be streamed, but highlights will be available following the conclusion of the meet.
• Fans will get a chance to see extra gymnastics as the teams will be allowed up to two exhibition routines on each event.
• Michigan returns 17 of its 24 routines from 2017.
• Among the returners are 2017 All-Americans Brianna Brown and Olivia Karas.
• Michigan has two former Big Ten Freshman of the Year recipients on its roster in Brown and Karas.Â
• The 2018 roster features three newcomers among the 13 student-athletes. [ Roster ]
• 2018 marks the fourth straight year that Michigan has hosted EMU in its exhibition meet at Crisler Center. The meet returns to a traditional scoring format after guest judges were invited to score last year's exhibition.
• Michigan finished the 2017 regular season ranked seventh in the country. U-M won the Big Ten regular-season championship, the Big Ten Championship and the NCAA Morgantown Regional before finishing 10th overall at the NCAA Championship.

• The Wolverines will open the 2018 season at home on Friday, Jan. 5, when they host Alabama.
