
Fall Baseball Slate to Feature Three Home Dates

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan baseball team and head coach Tracy Smith announced the program's 2024 fall baseball schedule on Tuesday (Sept. 3), featuring three dates at the Wilpon Complex, home of Ray Fisher Stadium.
Michigan will open hosting the Great Lake Canadians on Sept. 29 at noon. The Wolverines then will host two regional foes, with a contest against Oakland at noon on Saturday, Oct. 5 before welcoming Eastern Michigan on Saturday, Oct. 12 at noon to wrap up the fall slate. Admission is free to all fall exhibition games.
The fall schedule provides U-M baseball fans their first opportunity to see the 2025 Wolverines lineup, featuring 21 returning players. Team 158 also welcomes a large crop of newcomers with 13 freshmen and 11 transfers.
The Wolverines graduated 10 seniors from last season, including All-Big Ten first-teamer Jacob Denner, but return two other 2024 conference selections in junior utility player Mitch Voit and junior pitcher Kurt Barr.
