Big Ten Tournament: First Round
Despite an array of key injuries over the course of an up-and-down season, the University of Michigan men's lacrosse team posted the most conference wins in a season in program history while playing the 15th-toughest schedule in the nation in head coach Kevin Conry's eighth season leading the Wolverines.

Team Highlights
• U-M picked up the program's first-ever win over a No. 1 team in 2025, downing top-ranked Maryland 11-10 in a triple-overtime thriller. The win marked the third straight season that the Wolverines have upset the Terrapins.
• The U-M backline wreaked havoc all year, ending the campaign second in the Big Ten with 9.9 caused turnovers per game. Pace Billings and Mason Whitney finished top-five in the conference with 1.8 and 1.7 takeaways per game, respectively.
• The defensive unit also set multiple program-bests in 2025. The Wolverines only conceded 10 man-down scores on 41 attempts, the best efficiency percentage in program history (24.4 percent), and limited Marquette to just one goal in the season-opener for the fewest goals allowed in a game. U-M also caused 20 turnovers against Canisius on Feb. 25, the second-most ever in a single contest.
• This season was one of the most well-attended at U-M Lacrosse Stadium, with 11,213 fans attending games in Ann Arbor -- the second-highest single-season total in program history. The Wolverines sold out three contests, the most ever in one campaign.

Individual Highlights
• Senior Ryan Cohen became the fifth Wolverine to be named to the Tewaaraton Award Watch List, also becoming the program's all-time assists leader (117) and moving into second for most points in U-M men's lacrosse history (227).
• Cohen was joined by graduate transfer Billings as first-team All-Big Ten selections, with Aidan Mulholland being named to the second team.
• Billings was named a third-team All-American by the USILA and Inside Lacrosse, while Cohen earned an All-America honorable mention from the former and Mulholland earned the same honor from the latter.
• In goal, junior goalie Hunter Taylor contributed the best goals-against average in program history, allowing just 9.34 goals per game. He crept into second place for most career saves by a Wolverine (400) after stopping 134 shots at a 53 percent clip this season.
