• Named Academic All-Big Ten

• Hit a game-winning, pinch-hit solo home run with two outs in the ninth inning of a 6-5 win at Maryland (April 4)
• Homered in three consecutive at bats and reached base in five consecutive plate appearances vs. Ohio State (April 11) and Minnesota (April 16)
• Had two hits, including a long three-run homer, and a walk in a victory over Ohio State (April 11). The homer come off his bat at 106 MPH.
