Why Michigan
"I had realized early in my water polo career that Michigan would be an ideal college for me to attend. Its strong academic program and a competitive division in water polo made it a compelling choice when it came time to select a college."
Why Water Polo
"Sports had always played a major part in my youth. Some of the first sports I participated in were soccer and swim. My introduction to water polo came to me when I moved to Australia. I started to grow in my love for the sport during my high school and the local pool practices. What keeps me playing throughout the years is the aggressive nature of the sport, and how it merged my fondness of soccer and swim."
