Notes
• Michigan returns to Providence, R.I., for the second time this season, heading back to a venue that brought success earlier in the year. The Wolverines earned an 11-7 win over then-No. 24 Brown (Feb. 22) in their last appearance at the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center.
• In their most recent matchup, the Wolverines cruised to a 22-9 win over St. Francis at Canham Natatorium during the Conference Crossover. The Maize and Blue aims to remain unbeaten against the Red Flash all-time.
• If U-M gets past St. Francis on Friday, they will face the winner of Friday's Harvard vs. Mercyhurst matchup on Saturday (April 26) at 3 p.m.
• On Wednesday (April 23), four Wolverines received Collegiate Water Polo Association All-Conference recognition. Ari Karampetsou was a first-team selection, Issy Jackson landed on the second team and Sophia Bunnell and attacker Matilda Waugh were received honorable mention recognition.
• Brooke Ingram, Jackson, and Ashley O'Neill turned in standout performances against No. 12 Indiana, each recording two goals and an assist apiece in a 14-11 setback.
• Captain Kasey Umlauf scored twice against Indiana for her fourth multi-goal game of the year, the last coming against Brown in the Conference Crossover.
• Waugh, Lulu Hirschfield and Sophia Panossian each contributed a goal against Indiana. The tallies by Hirschfield and Panossian extended their point streaks to five games.
