The Michigan (4-0) offense scored a program-record 23 goals behind another record-setting performance by junior Josh Zawada. The attackman scored a single-game record seven goals on the day and added three assists for 10 points. Zawada also scored his 100th career point against the Golden Griffins midway through the opening quarter, making him the fastest Wolverine in program history to reach the mark.
